Electronic Documents. We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).
Electronic Documents. Any document generated by the Parties with respect to this Agreement, including this Agreement, may be imaged and stored electronically and introduced as evidence in any proceeding as if original business records. Neither Party will object to the admissibility of such images as evidence in any proceeding on account of having been stored electronically.
Electronic Documents. Solely with respect to electronic documents included with the Software, you may make an unlimited number of copies (either in hardcopy or electronic form), provided that such copies shall be used only for internal purposes and are not republished or distributed to any third party.
Electronic Documents. You may elect to receive electronic documentation regarding your account rather than paper documents. This includes periodic account statements and disclosures provided by the Bank, and as updated from time to time. Your acceptance of electronic statements means;
Electronic Documents. If and to the extent that a Mortgage Note is an electronically signed document, then in lieu of delivery or endorsement of the Mortgage Note to the Trustee or Custodian, all necessary steps will be taken on the applicable Electronic Note Registry System for the Trustee to be considered in control of that Mortgage Note.
Electronic Documents. Bidders may be supplied with the original documents in electronic form to aid in the preparation of bid(s). By accepting these electronic documents, Bidders agree not to edit or change the language or format of these documents. Submission of a proposal by Bidder signifies full agreement with this requirement.
Electronic Documents. To the extent possible, and under the terms required by Client, Client and Xxxxxx Solutions may communicate by electronic means, including but not limited to facsimile documents. Both parties agree that: a signature or an identification code ("USERID") contained in an electronic document is legally sufficient to verify the sender's identity and the document's authenticity; an electronic document that contains a signature or USERID is a signed writing; and that an electronic document, or any computer printout of it, is an original when maintained in the normal course of business.
Electronic Documents. The Architect shall not be required to provide Drawings, Specifications, or other documents to the Owner in electronic form nor shall the Owner be required to provide preparatory drawings or information to the Architect in electronic form unless the specific conditions governing the format of the electronic documents, any special limitations or licenses that may apply to their use, and the terms of compensation, if any, are established in the Special Provisions of the Agreement or an amendment to the Agreement.
Electronic Documents. If the Owner requires that the Owner, Design Professional, and Construction Manager exchange documents and data in electronic or digital form, prior to any such exchange, the Owner, Design Professional and Construction Manager shall agree on a written protocol governing all exchanges, which, at a minimum, shall specify: (a) the definition of documents and data to be accepted in electronic or digital form or to be transmitted electronically or digitally; (b) management and coordination responsibilities; (c) necessary equipment, software and services; (d) acceptable formats, transmission methods and verification procedures;
Electronic Documents. 30.1. Each party acknowledges that:
30.1.1. SCF Group may issue to the Lessee a Schedule of Supply; and
30.1.2. the Lessee may accept the Schedule of Supply, by electronic means, and SCF Group and the Lessee agree that the issue or acceptance of such documents electronically (irrespective of whether the relevant document is signed) will be deemed to be of the same effect as if the document had been issued or accepted as a signed hard copy.
30.2. SCF Group will not be liable to the Lessee or to any other person for any loss or damage suffered in relation to any document transmitted electronically, including any loss or damage under, our of, or in connection with:
30.2.1. the transmission of any harmful code (such as viruses) to the Lessee by email (including in any document attached to email); or
30.2.2. any failure by SCF Group to notify the Lessee that SCF Group may have received any harmful code (such as viruses) from the Lessee in any email (including in any document attached to email).
30.3. The parties to this Agreement consent to the execution of this document wherever necessary by virtue of electronic communication permitted by the Electronic Transaction Xxx 0000 (Cth) and any corresponding State legislation.
