Common use of Electronic Interface for Maintenance and Repair Clause in Contracts

Electronic Interface for Maintenance and Repair. Ameritech will provide access to, and Requesting Carrier shall use, an electronic interface (the “Maintenance EI”) for the transfer and receipt of data necessary to perform the maintenance and repair functions (e.g., trouble receipt and trouble status).
