Electronic Notification. Notices and other communications to the Lenders hereunder may be delivered or furnished by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by the Administrative Agent; provided that the foregoing shall not apply to notices pursuant to Article II unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent and the applicable Lender. The Administrative Agent or the Obligor Representative may, in their discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it; provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications.
Electronic Notification. At Seller's election, the Buyer shall provide notices contemplated by Sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 via electronic file transfer. Such election shall only be effective when Seller (i) establishes a Windows or Unix file server with capability of sending and receiving File Transfer Protocol (“FTP”), files with Pretty Good Privacy (“PGP”), Encryption/Decryption, and (ii) verifies its ability to transfer files to and receive files from the Buyer at least fourteen (14) days prior to the day on which Seller desires to commence electronic receipt.
Electronic Notification. The Cardholder hereby permits PNB to send notifications and announcements as PNB deems proper, including without limitation, information on the status of his/her Credit Card via broadcast messaging service, short messaging service (SMS), facsimile, e-mail or other electronic means using the contact information he/she provided. Notifications sent by PNB to the Cardholder via such means using the number and address of record shall be deemed to have been sent to the Cardholder himself/herself.
Electronic Notification. You agree that the Bank may, as permitted by law, provide all applicable disclosures to you electronically. You are responsible for downloading or printing the disclosures or providing the Bank with a non-electronic address to which the disclosures may be mailed. ELECTRONIC STATEMENT AMENDMENT TO INTERNET BANKING AND BILL PAYMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT As a registered user of the Internet Banking services offered by Hyperion Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Hyperion", "bank", "us" or "we"), you now have the option to receive electronic monthly/periodic statements for any of your eligible statement savings and checking accounts (collectively referred to hereinafter as "deposit accounts" or "accounts") with HYPERION that are linked to and accessible through Hyperion Bank’s Internet Banking System. This Electronic Statement Amendment ("Amendment") shall supplement and modify to the extent necessary the terms and conditions of the Internet Banking and Bill Payment Service Agreement which you have previously entered into with Hyperion. If you want to receive electronic account statements on any eligible account instead of statements sent to you by mail, you must first read and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment. Electronic Notification. Notices and other communications to the ABL Agent, the Obligors or the Subordinated Creditors may be delivered or furnished by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it. The ABL Agent, the Obligors or the Subordinated Creditors may, in their discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it; provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications.
Electronic Notification. Notifications sent by the Bank to the Company and Cardholder(s) via text messaging, telex, facsimile, e- mail or other electronic means using the number and address of record shall be deemed to have been sent to the Company and Cardholder(s) himself/herself. As such, the Company and Cardholder(s) hereby declare the Bank free and harmless from any liability, if the information contained in the electronic notification is, by any means, accessed by any party other than the Company and Cardholder(s). Such electronic notifications shall further be assumed to have been received by the Company and Cardholder(s) if sent using the number and address of record.
Electronic Notification. To the extent that we may need to contact you, you agree that we may do so via any electronic or other means, including but not limited to communications posted on the Website, electronic mail, or instant messaging.
Electronic Notification. You agree to accept electronic notifications from 1st Liberty’s eStatement Service. Such notifications are used to let you know when your eStatement is available each month. You agree to update 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union when your e- mail address or other contact information changes. Additionally, you agree to notify 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union if you are not receiving monthly notifications.
Electronic Notification. (a) The Borrower may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Borrower and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if:
(i) the Agent expressly agrees (after consultation with each of the Lenders) that it will accept communication of the information by this method;
(ii) both the Borrower and the Agent are aware of the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website; and
(iii) the information is in a format previously agreed between the Borrower and the Agent. If any Lender (a “Paper Form Lender”) does not agree to the delivery of information electronically then the Agent shall notify the Borrower accordingly and the Borrower shall supply the information to the Agent (in sufficient copies for each Paper Form Lender) in paper form. In any event, the Borrower shall supply the Agent with at least one copy in paper form of any information required to be provided by it.
(b) The Agent shall supply each Website Lender with the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website following designation of that website by the Borrower and the Agent.
Electronic Notification. At Seller's election, Narragansett shall provide notices contemplated by Sections 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 via electronic file transfer. Such election shall only be effective when Seller (i) establishes an account on the Advantis Value Added Network (“VAN’), (ii) verifies its ability to transfer files to and receive files from Narragansett at least fourteen (14) days prior to the day on which Seller desires to commence electronic receipt and (iii) bears all costs to establish an account and all costs of Seller and Narragansett to use the VAN. If Seller fails to pay any or all VAN costs when due and payable, Seller's election shall not be valid and Narragansett shall no longer be obligated to provide electronic notification.
