Elementary School Class. a. When a class appears that it will exceed the District guidelines (as defined in 1c above), one of the following remedies will be considered by the Superintendent or the building principal in consultation with the teacher(s) involved: 1) Leveling at the appropriate grade level within a building. 2) Employment of a certificated/licensed aide. 3) Employment of an additional teacher. 4) Continuation of the present situation with agreement of the involved teacher(s). b. Compliance with the above shall be met by the completion of the first (1st) quarter.
