Eligibility - All Employees. An employee is eligible for sick leave with pay when he is unable to perform his duties or any available work because of illness or injury provided that: (a) he satisfies the Corporation of his condition in such manner and at such time as may be determined by the Corporation, and (b) he has the necessary sick leave credits.
