Eligibility and Application for Permanence. a. A professional librarian member holding a probationary appointment shall be considered for permanence in the course of the third year of employment. b. No later than six (6) months prior to the end of the probationary period, the University Librarian shall so notify the member and the Library Council, the notification to include the date by which application must be made. c. An application for permanence shall be made in writing by the candidate and be sent to the University Librarian. The application shall be accompanied by a dossier consisting of a curriculum vitae and any other documentation which the member wishes to submit as evidence of fulfilling the criteria specified in Article 22.
