Eligibility for Maternity Leave. An employee who becomes pregnant shall, upon production to her employer of a certificate from a duly qualified medical practitioner stating the presumed date of her confinement, be entitled to maternity leave provided that she has had not less than 12 months' continuous service with that employer immediately preceding the date upon which she proceeds upon such leave. For the purposes of this clause:
(a) An employee shall include a part-time employee but shall not include an employee engaged upon casual or seasonal work.
(b) Maternity leave shall mean unpaid maternity leave.
Eligibility for Maternity Leave. A pregnant employee who has been employed by the Agency for at least seven (7) consecutive months is eligible for maternity leave without pay.
Eligibility for Maternity Leave. An officer who becomes pregnant shall, upon production to her employer of the certificate required by subclause (4) of this clause, be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks’ maternity leave provided that such leave shall not extend beyond the child’s first birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of paternity leave taken by the officer’s spouse in relation to the same child and, apart from paternity leave of up to one week at the time of confinement, shall not be taken concurrently with paternity leave. Subject to subclauses (6) and (9) of this clause the period of maternity leave shall be unbroken and shall, immediately following confinement, include a period of six weeks’ compulsory leave. The officer must have had at least twelve months’ continuous service with the employer immediately preceding the date upon which she proceeds upon such leave.
Eligibility for Maternity Leave. (a) The employee must have had at least 12 months' continuous service with that employer immediately preceding the date upon which she proceeds upon such leave.
(b) An employee who becomes pregnant, upon production to her employer of the certificate required by clause 2.1.4, shall be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks maternity leave provided that such leave shall not extend beyond the child's 1st birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of parental leave taken by the employee's spouse in relation to the same child and apart from parental leave of up to one week at the time of confinement shall not be taken concurrently with parental leave.

An employee who becomes pregnant, upon production to her employer of the certificate required by paragraph (4) hereof, shall be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks maternity leave provided that such leave shall not extend beyond the child's first birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of paternity leave taken by the employee's spouse in relation to the same child and apart from paternity leave of up to one week at the time of confinement shall not be taken concurrently with paternity leave. Subject to paragraphs (6) and (9) hereof the period of maternity leave shall be unbroken and shall, immediately following confinement, include a period of up to six weeks compulsory leave. The employee must have had at least twelve months continuous service with that employer immediately preceding the date upon which she proceeds upon such leave.
Eligibility for Maternity Leave. 20.1.3(a) An employee who becomes pregnant, upon production to the Company of the certificate required by subclause 20.1.4 hereof, shall be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks maternity leave provided that such leave shall not extend beyond the child's first birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of paternity leave taken by the employee's spouse in relation to the same child and apart from paternity leave of up to one week at the time of confinement shall not be taken concurrently with paternity leave.

An Employee who becomes pregnant, upon production to her Employer of the certificate required by paragraph (iv) hereof, shall be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks maternity leave provided that such leave shall not extend beyond the child's first birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of paternity leave taken by the Employee's spouse in relation to the same child and, apart from paternity leave of up to one week at the time of confinement, shall not be taken concurrently with paternity leave. Subject to paragraphs (vi) and (ix) hereof the period of maternity leave shall be unbroken and shall, immediately following confinement, include a period of six paid weeks compulsory leave. The Employee must have had at least 12 months continuous service with that Employer immediately preceding the expected date of the birth of the child.

(a) An employee who becomes pregnant, upon production to her Employer of the certificate required by 1.4, shall be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks maternity leave. Such leave shall not extend beyond the child's first birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of paternity leave taken by the employee's spouse in relation to the same child and apart from paternity leave of up to one week at the time of confinement shall not be taken concurrently with paternity leave.
(b) The provisions of this Appendix shall apply to full time, part time and eligible casual employees, but do not apply to other casual employees.
(c) Subject to clause 1.6 and clause 1.9 the period of maternity leave shall be unbroken and shall, immediately following confinement, include a period of six weeks compulsory leave.
(d) The employee must have had at least 12 months continuous service with that Employer immediately preceding the date upon which she proceeds upon such leave.
Eligibility for Maternity Leave. An employee will be eligible for maternity leave where the employee:-
1. becomes pregnant;
2. has had at least 12 months continuous service with the employer immediately preceding the date upon which she takes such leave;
3. the employee produces to her employer the certificate required in 34.1.5; and

An employee who becomes pregnant, upon production to the Company of the certificate required by paragraph (d) hereof, shall be entitled to a period of up to 52 weeks maternity leave provided that such- leave shall not extend beyond the child's first birthday. This entitlement shall be reduced by any period of paternity leave taken by the employee's spouse in relation to the same child and apart from paternity leave of up to one week at the time of confinement shall not be taken concurrently with paternity leave, specified in the relevant statutory declaration. Subject to paragraphs (f) and (i) hereof the period of maternity leave shall be unbroken and shall, immediately following confinement, include a period of six weeks compulsory leave. Notwithstanding the requirement to take compulsory leave, an employee may request to return to work at any time, subject to the agreement of the Company. The employee must have had at least 12 months continuous service with the Company immediately preceding the date upon which she proceeds upon such leave.
