Eligible community service activities. (a) Entitle an employee, acting reasonably, to be absent from employment for periods including:
(i) time when the employee engages in the activity;
(ii) reasonable travelling time associated with the activity;
(iii) reasonable rest time immediately following the activity.
(b) Include:
(i) jury service (including attendance for jury selection) that is required by or under a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or
(ii) a voluntary emergency management activity; or
(iii) an activity prescribed in regulations for this purpose
