Eligible Customers. Customers of electricity eligible to participate in the CCA Program, either on an opt-out or opt-in basis, as delineated in the CCA Framework Order and the CCA Framework Modification Order. Competitive Supplier may provide Firm Full- Requirements Power Supply to Eligible Customers who are not Opt-out Eligible Customers at Competitive Supplier’s sole discretion on an opt-in basis. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Customers must reside or be otherwise located at one or more locations within the geographic boundaries of the Municipality and served by the Distribution Utility, as such boundaries exist on the Effective Date of this ESA.

Eligible Customers. The Account is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, have a valid government-issued identification, provide a valid mailing address and who can form a legally binding contract in the United States can obtain an Account. We may impose other restrictions as well. The Account is only available to individuals for personal, family or household purposes and may not be opened by a business in any form or used for business purposes. Accounts may not be opened by a person acting in a fiduciary capacity unless otherwise approved by us in advance. You must tell us when this information changes. We may ask you for additional documents and to verify any changes to information you have provided us. Within 90 days of the Account opening, you must provide with your valid U.S. mailing address and complete location based verifications in accordance with our requirements. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the Account. We may restrict or close your Account if we cannot verify your information, or if you do not provide it as requested. We may decline to open an Account or issue a Card to you for any reason, or for no reason; this includes if you have had or currently have any other relationships or accounts with either us that you did not maintain in a satisfactory manner. We are not liable for any damages or liabilities resulting from refusal of an Account relationship. The Account is only available electronically and for paperless customers. As such, you must, and do, agree to the Electronic Signature and Communication Disclosure [Link], which allows us to transact and communicate with you electronically and accept communications electronically.
Eligible Customers. Seller shall provide to Buyer each Product during the Delivery Term only from Customers in Seller’s Portfolio that have a Service Agreement with Buyer. Seller agrees and shall permit Customers in the Seller’s Portfolio to seek funding through the Buyer’s AutoDR and the Technology Incentive.
Eligible Customers. Implementer may serve the following Customers: • Municipal customers, including but not limited to cities, counties, special districts, and K-12 public schools. • Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) - including non-profit organizations. SMB customers are defined as non-residential customers with an annual maximum peak demand of less than 200 kW. • Residential customers (via Moderate Income Direct Install (MIDI) program or other Partnership- funded Residential Programs) Any exceptions to this list of eligible customers must be approved in writing by the PG&E PM.

Eligible Customers. Residential and small commercial consumers of electricity who receive Default Service from the Distribution Utility as of the Effective Date, or have been served by the program under the 2016 ESA and have not opted-out, or “New Consumers” that subsequently become eligible to participate in the Program, at one or more locations within the geographic boundaries of the Municipality, except those consumers who receive Default Service and have requested not to have their account information shared by the Distribution Utility. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Consumers must reside or be otherwise located at one or more locations within the geographic boundaries of the Municipality, as such boundaries exist on the Effective Date of this ESA.
Eligible Customers. 2.1 Customers who are eligible to participate in this Promotion shall be referred to as “Eligible Premier Banking Members”. Eligible Premier Banking Members are Individuals who are Malaysia residents, Permanent Residents and non-residents except for individuals from countries which are not acceptable to OCBC Bank and OCBC Xx-Xxxx. Customers who remain in good standing with regard to operations of account(s) according to OCBC Bank and OCBC Xx-Xxxx’x absolute discretion to be eligible to participate in this Promotion
Eligible Customers. Any First Merchants Bank Online Banking customer with proper authority to an eligible account can activate the Service. Once service is activated, paper statements will no longer be mailed for the account(s). The account statement will be available for viewing online to all users with access to the account who are enrolled in First Merchants Bank Online Banking regardless of which user activated the Service.
Eligible Customers. Generally, individuals who have an Account may use the Services. We reserve the right to limit access to certain types of Accounts. Registration Process You must complete the registration process to use the Services. You agree to provide true and accurate information. We may contact you to verify the information you submit for accuracy and proper authorization. You may use your mobile Access Device to access and use Online Banking via the Northrim Bank Website or through the mobile application. The user ID and password used to access the Service through the Website and mobile application are identical. For more information regarding mobile services, refer to Section IV, below.
