Eligible Members. All Eligible Members as stated in the Schedule and subject to Membership Condition 1.
Eligible Members. In exceptional circumstances the Policyholder may waive the qualifications of age and any Member in respect of whom this qualification is waived shall be an Eligible Member with the prior agreement of the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, a person shall cease to be an Eligible Member forthwith upon the happening of point 4 in Membership Conditions.
Eligible Members. In exceptional circumstances the Policyholder may waive the qualifications of age and any Member in respect of whom this qualification is waived shall be an Eligible Member with the prior agreement of the Company. Eligible Members can also include Members who are seconded to another police force or agency in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. For the avoidance of doubt, a person shall cease to be an Eligible Member forthwith upon the happening of point 6 in Membership Conditions.
Eligible Members. There are two categories of Eligible Members, both of whom must be employed under the terms of the BCMEA/ILWU Collective Agreement at the time of their retirement.
(a) Category 1 - Employees who have Waterfront Service under the Waterfront Xxxxxxx's Pension Plan (WFPP) prior to and including August 1, 1962. Waterfront Service and Creditable Service will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the WFPP.
(b) Category 2 - Employees who have Waterfront Service under the WFPP not prior to August 1, 1962. Until December 31, 1976, Waterfront Service and Creditable Service will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the WFPP. After December 31, 1976, a year of Creditable Xxxxxxxxx Service or Xxxxxxxxx Waterfront Service will be calculated in accordance with the Retiring Allowance Agreement then in effect between the British Columbia Maritime Employers Association (BCMEA) and the ILWU - Canada. Any other year of service will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the WFPP.
Eligible Members. All Members covered by this Agreement are eligible for inclusion.
Eligible Members. All permanent full-time Bargaining Unit Employees of Molycop Canada, who are past their probationary period are eligible to participate in the Plan provided the Employee is employed by Molycop Canada at the time the Variable Compensation is paid to Employees. Employees commencing employment after January 1 of the year the Variable Compensation is earned, payment will be made on a pro-rated basis for time an Employee is employed with the company. Employees who were employed with Molycop Canada at the time the Variable Compensation was earned but had retired prior to the date that the Variable Compensation is paid will be paid the Variable Compensation on a pro-rated basis.
Eligible Members. (i) For purposes of this Article, “eligible members of the Academic Unit” includes those with an Interdisciplinary Appointment as per Article 15.69.
(ii) For purposes of this Article, where “Academic Unit” refers to an Interdisciplinary Program, “eligible members of the Academic Unit” shall be deemed to mean all members of the Interdisciplinary Program as defined in Article 1.20.3.
Eligible Members. For purposes of Articles 16.04, 16.09, 16.12, 16.13 (b), 16.14 (b) and 16.18 (a), “eligible members of the Department” shall be deemed to mean all full-time Instructors and full-time Professors within the Department, including those in their second consecutive year of a Contractually Limited Term Appointment within the same Department. For purposes of Articles 16.13 (a) and 16.14 (a), “eligible members of the Department” shall be deemed to mean all tenured or tenure-track Professors in the Department. For purposes of this Article, where “Department” refers to the Research Services Sector, “eligible members of the Department” shall be deemed to mean all those within the Research Services Sector holding the rank of Librarian I, II, III, or IV, including those in their second consecutive year of a Contractually Limited Term Appointment within the Research Services Sector.
Eligible Members. The Plan shall determine each Member who is eligible to receive from Dental Group the dental services set forth in Exhibit A of the Agreement. The Plan will notify Dental Group of Members' eligibility. Dental Group's obligations to provide care hereunder shall extend and be limited to those Members who have selected or been assigned to the Dental Group, who have been determined to be eligible by the Plan, and with respect to whom proper capitation payment has been received by Dental Group.
Eligible Members. The participating agency agrees to furnish to the Department of Public Safety, Attn. Trust Fund annually, with payment of the annual premium, the number of eligible members for whom an annual premium is being paid as of March 31st. The participating agency expressly authorizes the Utah Retirement Systems (URS) to provide to the Utah Department of Public Safety or the Local Public Safety and Firefighter Surviving Spouse Trust Fund Board of Trustees aggregate totals of the participating agency’s active employees participating in a retirement system under Utah Code Title 49, Utah State Retirement and Insurance Benefit Act covering public safety and firefighter members, as requested for auditing purposes. Premiums paid by an agency for members who are not eligible for reimbursement from the fund are non-refundable.
