Eligible Recipients. ▪ Individual recipients with a qualifying mainland China bank account that is linked to an Alipay Account. o The mainland China bank account and the linked Alipay Account must be in good standing and eligible to receive international money transfers. If in doubt, your intended recipient should contact Xxxxxx or their mainland China bank to verify if they are eligible to receive international money transfers.
Eligible Recipients. Supplier shall provide the Services to Eligible Recipients designated by Kraft. To the extent a designated Eligible Recipient will receive less than all of the Services, Kraft shall identify the categories of Services to be provided by Supplier to such Eligible Recipient.
Eligible Recipients. The Parties acknowledge that the nature of certain Services pursuant to a Statement of Work may require that Cognizant provide such Services directly to third parties that are not Affiliates of Xxxxxxx and that are expressly identified in the applicable Statement of Work (“Eligible Recipients”) as required in connection with such Eligible Recipients obtaining from, or providing services or products to, Xxxxxxx and its Affiliates. The Parties shall identify in the applicable Statement of Work the Eligible Recipients, if any, to receive Services under such Statement of Work and Cognizant will have no obligation to provide Services to third parties that are not identified in a Statement of Work as Eligible Recipients. Where such Eligible Recipients are 4830-2082-6212v.8 207239136_2 LAW identified and agreed, the provision of Services to Eligible Recipients will be deemed to be have been provided to Xxxxxxx pursuant to this Agreement. With respect to any Eligible Recipients that receive Services from Cognizant, Xxxxxxx will (i) retain responsibility for payment for the Services, (ii) cause the Eligible Recipients to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement, and (iii) upon written request of Cognizant from time to time, obtain written assurances from the Eligible Recipients that they will abide by the applicable terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event will any Eligible Recipient be a Cognizant Competitor or an employee, contractor or agent of a Cognizant Competitor.
Eligible Recipients. The Eligible Recipients not Controlled by Oncor as of the Master Agreement Effective Date are set forth on Exhibit 10. Upon Oncor's request, Vendor shall provide the Services to Eligible Recipients, provided that Eligible Recipients that are not Controlled by Oncor agree with Oncor to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, Services provided to an Eligible Recipient shall be deemed Services provided to Oncor. To the extent an Eligible Recipient is, or was at any time during the Term, receiving Services, (1)references to Oncor shall include such Eligible Recipient(including for purposes of the business, operations, policies, procedures, rules, standards and the like of Oncor and the indemnities under this Agreement), (2) references to Services being performed for or provided to, or received by or used by, Oncor shall include the performance of such Services for and provision of such Services to, and the receipt of and use of such Services by, such Eligible Recipient and (3) Oncor shall be responsible for such Eligible Recipient's compliance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, Eligible Recipients are neither authorized to direct or instruct Vendor nor to act for or on behalf of Oncor (including by providing notices, approvals, consents, waivers or the like), in each case unless Oncor has notified Vendor that an Eligible Recipient is so authorized. Vendor will not be liable for any failure to act(or any delay associated therewith) in any circumstance where Oncor has failed to properly authorize such action in accordance with the preceding sentences. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in all circumstances under this Agreement, Oncor will be Vendor's sole point of contact regarding the Services.
Eligible Recipients. Below is a list of the organisations which are considered Eligible Recipients for the purposes of this Agreement:

Eligible Recipients. CSC shall provide the Services to Eligible Recipients designated by Sears from time to time. Except as provided in Section 4.5 (Additional Services) or otherwise agreed by the Parties, such Services shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions and prices (excluding any non-recurring transition or start-up activities specific to such Eligible Recipients which shall be subject to Section 4.5 (Additional Services)) then applicable to the provisions of the same Services to existing Eligible Recipients. To the extent a designated Eligible Recipient shall receive less than all of the Services, Sears shall designate the categories of Services to be provided by CSC to such Eligible Recipient.
Eligible Recipients. (1) The CARICOM Development Fund may provide financial and technical assistance to eligible recipients to promote and facilitate appropriate programmes and projects in disadvantaged countries, regions and sectors.
(2) Eligible recipients for the purposes of paragraph (1) are -
(a) Member States;
(b) subject to the approval of the Member State:
(i) any agency of such a Member State;
(ii) any entity in the public sector operating in such a Member State;
(iii) regional agencies and private sector entities that are concerned with the economic development of such a Member State.
Eligible Recipients. Supplier shall provide the Services to Eligible Recipients designated by ABM. To the extent a designated Eligible Recipient will receive less than all of the Services, ABM shall identify the categories of Services to be provided by Supplier to such Eligible Recipient.
Eligible Recipients. (a) Supplier will provide Services to Eligible Recipients, subject to the terms of this Section.
(b) ABM is fully responsible for the performance of ABM’s obligations under this Agreement with respect to the Services provided to such Eligible Recipients.
(c) Nothing in this Section relieves ABM of its obligations or expands Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement.
