Eligible Vehicles. Each Lease Vehicle is or will be, as the case may be, on the applicable Vehicle Lease Commencement Date, an Eligible Vehicle or in the case of any Credit Vehicle will be an Eligible Vehicle following payment of the purchase price in respect thereof.
Eligible Vehicles. Each Lease Vehicle is or will be, as the case may be, on the applicable Vehicle Operating Lease Commencement Date, a Series 2010-3 Eligible Vehicle.
Eligible Vehicles. Each Vehicle is or will be, as the case may be, on the Vehicle Finance Lease Commencement Date with respect to such Vehicle, an Eligible Vehicle.
Eligible Vehicles. Each Vehicle leased under the AESOP I Operating Lease was, on the date of purchase or financing thereof by AESOP Leasing, an Eligible Vehicle.
Eligible Vehicles. The Vehicle qualifying for the free service plan provided (i) it is still owned by its first registered keeper or (in the case vehicles first registered in the name of the supplying dealer) the second registered keeper, (ii) it is not ineligible as detailed in clause 3.2 below.
Eligible Vehicles. Each Scooter is or will be, as the case may be, on the applicable Scooter Lease Commencement Date, an Eligible Scooter. On the Amendment No. 2 Initial Funding Date, all Scooters related to the Credit Extension on such date were Eligible Scooters.
Eligible Vehicles. Each Vehicle leased under the Finance Lease was, on the date of financing thereof by AESOP Leasing, an Eligible Vehicle.
Eligible Vehicles. Each ZVF Vehicle is or will be, as the case may be, on the applicable Vehicle Operating Lease Commencement Date, an Eligible Vehicle.
Eligible Vehicles. The following vehicles are eligible for the Flexcare plans: • The Vehicle described in your Flexcare Plan Agreement or Finance Agreement so long as:
(i) you are the first registered keeper or (in the case where the vehicle's first registered keeper is the supplying retailer) the second registered keeper; and
(ii) it is not ineligible as set out in clause 1.3 below; and
(iii) at the start of the Agreement your vehicle meets the age and mileage requirements as set out in clause 1.1 above. • Vehicles converted by one of our approved converters can benefit from Flexcare plans. However, any faults which may have been caused by these conversions and any servicing operations specific to these converted areas of the vehicle are not covered by the Agreement.
Eligible Vehicles. This Policy covers the tyres of passenger vehicles, including 4x4s and light commercial vehicles having a maximum GVM (gross vehicle mass) of 3,500kg.
