Emergency Deenergisation by a User. If, in the reasonable opinion of the User, the condition or manner of operation of the NGC Transmission System, the Total System or any other User's System, poses an immediate threat of injury or material damage to any person or to the User's System the User shall have the right to Deenergise the User's Equipment, if it is necessary or expedient to do so to avoid the occurrence of such injury or damage.
