Emergency Deenergisation by a User. If, in the reasonable opinion of the User, the condition or manner of operation of the NGC Transmission System, the Total System or any User's System, poses an immediate threat of injury or material damage to any person or to the User's System, the User shall have the right to Deenergise the User's Equipment if it is necessary or expedient to do so to avoid the occurrence of such injury or damage.
