EMERGENCY PROVISIONS Sample Clauses
The Emergency Provisions clause establishes procedures and rights for parties in the event of unforeseen crises or urgent situations that could impact the performance of contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes an emergency, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events, and details the steps parties must take, such as notifying the other party, suspending certain obligations, or taking necessary protective actions. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for responding to emergencies, thereby minimizing confusion and liability while ensuring that parties can act swiftly to protect their interests and safety.
