Emergency Response Plans. If Landlord in its reasonable discretion adopts any emergency response plan and/or any Contingency Plan and Emergency Procedures for the Building or for multiple Buildings on the Project as contemplated above, Landlord shall provide copies of any such plans and procedures to Tenant and, so long as such plans and procedures are reasonable and do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s Use at or access to the Premises or materially increase the cost incurred by Tenant with respect to the Premises, Tenant shall comply with all of the requirements of such plans and procedures to the extent applicable to Tenant and/or the Premises. If Landlord elects to adopt or materially modify any such plans or procedures that apply to the Building during the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall consult with Tenant in the course of preparing such plans, procedures or modifications in order to try to ensure that they will accurately reflect and be consistent with Tenant’s operations in the Premises, but Landlord alone shall determine, in its good faith reasonable discretion, the appropriate scope of such consultation and nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to give Tenant any right of approval or disapproval over Landlord’s adoption or modification of any such plans or procedures so long as such plans and procedures are reasonable and do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s Use of or access to the Premises or materially increase the cost incurred by Tenant with respect to the Premises.

1. A list of responsible person(s) for each underground mine
2. The mine’s Emergency Response Plan
3. The Mine Rescue Notification Plan
4. The Mine Emergency Evacuation and Firefighting Program of Instruction
Emergency Response Plans outline strategies to achieve eradication that may include containment and surveillance activities to detect and dispose of infected animals/plant material; quarantine and movement controls; decontamination and property clean-up procedures. Emergency Response Plans also provide indicative budgets (resources, operating and capital expenses, and owner reimbursement costs); key roles and responsibilities; public relations and information management; milestones and associated workforce implications; and accounting, monitoring arrangements and triggers for review.

.11 The Property Manager shall include the referenced alphanumeric contract and site numbers on all correspondence, reports, invoices, statements, etc., which deal with the Property.
.12 When the Property consists of numerous buildings, or groups of buildings having different site numbers the Property Manager shall prepare separate reports and statements for each referenced site number, or group of buildings.
Emergency Response Plans. Thirty (30) days prior to the expected Service Commencement Date, CSC will deliver to DM-OK an Emergency Response Plan for the marshaling of resources to quickly and appropriately respond to any crisis that might arise in the operation of the Facility. Procedures and plans will be developed in coordination with local and area fire departments, law enforcement agencies and the State Department of Corrections, and will be provided to all parties in written form to assure clear understandings. The plan will include procedures to deal with fire, bomb threats, escape, hostage situations, riots, medical epidemics and natural disasters. It will also provide for the notification and reporting of escapes to residents within an appropriate radius of the Facility, and to DM-OK.

2. The mine’s Emergency Response Plan
3. The Mine Rescue Notification Plan
4. The Mine Emergency Evacuation and Firefighting Program of Instruction
Emergency Response Plans. NPG shall at all times during the term of this Agreement maintain emergency response plans as required by regulatory agencies having jurisdiction, including filing with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and the Riverside County Fire Department a current copy of the NPG’s emergency preparedness and response plan. Such plan shall address all federal, state and local requirements for prevention of and response to all risks, whether natural or manmade.
