EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. Section 1: Any new employees hired after July 1, 1985 must reside within a twenty (20) air mile radius of the Biddeford Fire Station. Current employees not complying with this section as so noted in Appendix A and shall be allowed to continue to live at the residences. However, if the employee gives up that specific residence, they must comply with this section.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. Contractor shall have manpower, equipment and materials at designated location within two (2) hours from the time of work order issuance. Additionally, the Contractor shall respond to emergency notifications from the City within 15 minutes for instructions by City staff. By submitting a proposal, the Contractor commits to being able to provide manpower and equipment on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and overtime, when requested.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. An employee will be required to live within sixty (60) minutes of the Town Police Station. No bargaining unit member employed on the date of the execution of this Agreement shall be required to change residency.

All full time employees that meet the requested residency requirement for the full year (December to November) shall receive an annual bonus of five hundred dollars ($500.00) payable by December 15 of each year. Current employees not complying with this section as so noted in Appendix A and shall be allowed to continue to live at the residences. However, if the employee gives up that specific residence, they must comply with this section.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. The employer must be able to have enough emergency call-back employees responding within twenty-five (25) minutes of notification so that emergency work can begin. Emergency work being defined as tasks such as snow removal, water main breaks, water service maintenance calls and emergency tree removal. If the City becomes unable to begin emergency work within twenty-five (25) minutes of notification, the City reserves the right to re-open this Agreement for negotiations on this issue only. New employees hired into such emergency classifications will be required by the City to be able to respond within twenty-five (25) minutes of notification. With the exception of this response time stipulation, there is no residency requirement for members of the Bargaining Unit.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. Unit employees shall continue to reside at a location that would enable Unit employees to respond in an emergency to their work location within ninety (90) minutes or less based upon customary safe driving time and conditions.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. It is Xxxxxx’s intention to provide same day service. For calls received between 8:00am - 12:00pm (M-F) Arista will typically respond the same day. For calls received after 12:00 pm Arista may respond the same day or more likely the following day. Please note Arista provides emergency service 24/7 yet overtime charges apply before 8:00am and after 4:30pm (M-F) independent of when the call was initially placed. Please note that while it is our intention to operate as noted above, it is possible during times of extreme temperatures that we may fall outside of these guidelines and Arista shall not be liable to you for any consequential and/or incidental damages associated therewith, if any.
