EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME Sample Clauses

The Emergency Response Time clause sets out the maximum allowable period within which a party must respond to emergencies or urgent incidents under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies a defined timeframe—such as within two hours of notification—during which the responsible party must initiate corrective action or provide assistance. By establishing clear expectations for rapid response, this clause ensures that critical issues are addressed promptly, minimizing potential harm or disruption and clarifying accountability in urgent situations.
