EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. Section 1: Any new employees hired after July 1, 1985 must reside within a twenty (20) air mile radius of the Biddeford Fire Station. Current employees not complying with this section as so noted in Appendix A and shall be allowed to continue to live at the residences. However, if the employee gives up that specific residence, they must comply with this section.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. Notwithstanding the thirty-day cure periods ----------------------- specified in Paragraphs 13.1(d) and 13.5 of the Lease Form, in the event of an emergency (which for the purposes of this paragraph shall mean an event or circumstance which if not remedied promptly is likely to result in immediate personal injury, death or immediate and significant property damage), Lessee and Lessor, respectively, shall be obligated to act and respond under Paragraphs 13.1(d) and 13.5, respectively, within the time period in which a reasonably prudent person would act and respond after first learning of the emergency. Lessee shall promptly report in writing to Lessor any conditions or deficiencies in the Premises for which Lessor is responsible. Lessor shall not be responsible for remediating such condition or deficiency until it has notice thereof from Lessee or otherwise.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. The employer must be able to have enough emergency call-back employees responding within twenty-five (25) minutes of notification so that emergency work can begin. Emergency work being defined as tasks such as snow removal, water main breaks, water service maintenance calls and emergency tree removal. If the City becomes unable to begin emergency work within twenty-five (25) minutes of notification, the City reserves the right to re-open this Agreement for negotiations on this issue only. New employees hired into such emergency classifications will be required by the City to be able to respond within twenty-five (25) minutes of notification. With the exception of this response time stipulation, there is no residency requirement for members of the Bargaining Unit.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME. Miami-Dade County Departments may require emergency services requiring immediate response. At such time, the Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish, remove, or service units as specified in no more than two (2) hours of receipt of a purchase order. This emergency delivery shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week.
