The Employee agrees that the terms of the Employee’s Invention, Non-Competition and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Employee Agreement”) attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings between the Employee and the Company relating to the subject matter of the Employee Agreement.
