Employee Assignment to Temporary Duty. 1. The Union President shall correspond with the Department of Labor Relations regarding the purpose, the names of the employees involved, and their schools or departments, for use of such TDEs. 2. The Union may request up to a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) Temporary Duty Elsewhere leaves of absence (“TDE”) within any year (August – July) for the sole purpose of conducting Union business.
