Guide on the first of the month following its announcement by the Ontario Dental Association. – Effective the first month following the date of ratification, benefits increase to include major restorative at 75% (annual maximum $2,500.00), orthodontics at 100% (lifetime maximum ($3,500.00) and dentures at 80%.
