Common use of Employee Benefits Services Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits Services. Plains shall provide administrative services with respect to the Plains and Spinco employee benefit plans that cover Spinco employees, including administering and maintaining such plans in the manner historically done by Plains. Upon termination of the administrative services provided under this Section 2.1.6, Plains shall provide Spinco with such information and records as are reasonably requested by Spinco to enable it to administer the benefit plans in which its employees are enrolled from and after the Distribution Date.
