EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE. The Employee Grievance Resolution Form shall be available on the Department of Human Resources website, through the individual departments and the Fresno County Public Safety Association (FCPSA). No changes shall be made to the form without the mutual agreement of FCPSA and the County. Before filing a grievance, be certain to read this entire procedure, including the definitions.
