EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE. The Employee Grievance Resolution Procedure and Form as presented on the County’s Last, Best, and Final Offer on December 1, 2011 shall be available on the Personnel Services website. No changes shall be made to the procedure and/or form without mutual agreement of the Association and County.
