Employee Identification Numbers. Until the Distribution Date, the MI Group and the MVT Group shall not change any employee identification numbers assigned by MI Corp. The MI Group and the MVT Group mutually agree to establish a policy pursuant to which employee identification numbers assigned to either employees of the MI Group or the MVT Group shall not be duplicated between the MI Group and the MVT Group.
