Employee Resignation Without Good Reason. Employee may voluntarily resign Employee’s position with Company without Good Reason, by giving at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice. In the event of Employee’s resignation without Good Reason, Employee will be entitled to receive only the Base Salary for the thirty (30)-day notice period and no other amount.
