EMPLOYEE WARRANTIES. 3.1 The Employee represents and warrants to the Company that, by entering into this agreement or performing any of his obligations under it, he will not be in breach of any court order or any express or implied terms of any contract or other obligation binding on him. 3.2 The Employee warrants that he is entitled to work in the United Kingdom without any additional approvals and will notify the Company immediately if he ceases to be so entitled during the Appointment. 3.3 The Employee warrants that he is not subject to any restrictions which prevent him from holding office as a director.
