Common use of EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR. The employee work year during the term of this Agreement shall be one hundred eighty five (185) days for the duration of this agreement. New employees shall be provided additional work days in accordance with Section 5.09 of this Agreement. A. Call Backs : Employees are expected to attend a maximum of two (2) open houses, curriculum evenings, or other building activities per year. Such activities will not exceed two and one-half (2 ½) hours per event.
