EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR. A. In-School Work Year 1. Regular Contract: The in-school work year for employees, other than new personnel who may be required to attend an additional three (3) days of orientation, shall not exceed one hundred ninety-two (192) days and a maximum of one evening orientation session not to exceed two (2) hours for parents or students as determined by the Superintendent.
