Employees and Subcontractors. United will assure that its employees, affiliates and any individuals or entities subcontracted by United to render services in connection with this Agreement adhere to the requirements of this Agreement. The use of employees, affiliates or subcontractors to render services in connection with this Agreement will not limit United’s obligations and accountability under this Agreement with regard to those services.
