Common use of Employees and Workplace Reorganisation Clause in Contracts

Employees and Workplace Reorganisation. (a) If a work unit is reorganised following the consultative process outlined in subclause 9.4.1, 9.4.2 and 9.4.3 above, the following procedures will apply in relation to employees on continuing contracts of employment.
