Common use of Employer Investigation Clause in Contracts

Employer Investigation. The General Manager or his/her designate will acknowledge, in writing, receipt of the Union's notice and will have the matter investigated and will take such steps as may be required to resolve the matter. The Union and the employees involved shall be advised in writing of the proposed resolution within thirty (30) days of providing notice to the General Manager or such later date as may be mutually agreed by the Employer and the Union.
