Employment Activities. After a vacant position has been opened for recruitment, a "Notice of Vacant Position" will be emailed to the campus identifying the position that is vacant, the salary and number of work hours, and a web link to the job description which includes the minimum qualifications for the position. The "Notice of Vacant Position" shall be posted and remain posted for at least five (5) work days. (Also see Article 15
Employment Activities. The University and the Union have agreed that a graduate student will not be employed at the University as a TA and/or RA for more than 520 hours over a 12-month period. A Research Assistant’s employment duties may but need not be directly related to their academic studies.

Nor shall you entice, induce or encourage any of the Company's other employees to engage in any activity which, were it done by you, would violate any provision of the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement or this Section 7. As used in this Section 7.1, the term "any line of business engaged in or under development by the Company" shall be applied as at the date of termination of your employment, or, if later, as at the date of termination of any post-employment consultation.
7.2 During the Non-Compete Period, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly: (i) attempt to contact, recruit or solicit any customers of the Company; (ii) enter into any agreement with any party to recruit or solicit such customers; (iii) request any customers of the Company to curtail or cancel their business with the Company; (iv) to induce any employee of the Company to leave the Company's employment; (v) assist any other person or entity in requesting or inducing any such employee of the Company to leave such employment; (vi) induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company to join with you in any capacity, direct or indirect; or (vii) disclose to anyone or publish or use any names of any customers of the Company or any proprietary, secret or confidential information of the Company (which, for the purposes hereof, shall be as defined in the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement).
7.3 No provision of this Agreement shall be construed to preclude you from performing the same services which the Company hereby retains you to perform for any person or entity which is not a Direct Competitor of the ...

The Respondent will initiate or continue to increase the availability of competitive employment opportunities and earnings for clients, encouraging maximum employment and wages for each client consistent with the individual’s choices, desires and capabilities through the: • Continuation of the Business Advisory Council that is working to increase public sector awareness and support for employment of individuals with disabilities including a statewide Job Fair • Continuous review of federal- and state-funded programs providing employment opportunities to persons with disabilities. • Memorandum of Agreement with Agency for Workforce Innovation to increase participation with Florida’s Workforce One-Stop centers • Recruitment of centers willing to pursue the development and support of placements for individuals in micro enterprise and home based business opportunities. This includes targeting rural areas where no centers exist, financing startup for return on investment revenue streams and independent contracts with micro-enterprises that are subcontracted to agencies within the job development and employment network. • Pursuit of higher skill/higher wages opportunities for employment of Respondent clients. • Use of annual client satisfaction surveys to gauge satisfaction with training and placements and client focus groups to guide future training and placement opportunities.
Employment Activities. The CNA will initiate, and continue to increase, the availability of competitive employment opportunities and earnings for the blind or other severely handicapped, encouraging maximum employment and wages consistent with the individual’s choices, desires, and capabilities by:
