Employment Agreement Amendment. Executive hereby agrees that the definition of “Cause” in Executive’s employment agreement with the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates in effect on the date hereof is hereby amended effective as of the date hereof to provide that a Restrictive Covenant Violation shall also constitute “Cause.”
