EMPLOYMENT DURING LEAVE. If an employee works for remuneration during a leave of absence, without receiving written permission from both the Employer and the Union, the employee shall be considered a quit.

EMPLOYMENT DURING LEAVE. Employees on leave of absence will notify the Employer prior to engaging in any off-duty employment. Employees may engage in off-duty employment that will not interfere with the performance of their job duties or result in a conflict of interest.
EMPLOYMENT DURING LEAVE. An employee shall not offer their services to any other employer during the period they are on paid annual leave and an employer shall not engage an employee who is on paid annual leave.
EMPLOYMENT DURING LEAVE. Acceptance of employment elsewhere during the term of a leave of absence shall be deemed a resignation and shall automatically cancel and terminate the Employee's employment and tenure rights, unless such employment is an integral part of the leave and is agreed upon in advance by the Board and the Employee.
