EMPLOYMENT DURING LEAVE. ‌ Employees on leave of absence will notify the Employer prior to engaging in any off-duty employment. Employees may engage in off-duty employment that will not interfere with the performance of their job duties or result in a conflict of interest.

  • Cyclic Employment Leave Leave without pay will be granted to cyclic year employees during their off season.

  • Benefits During Layoff Temporary Full-Time and Regular Full-Time Employees who have gained seniority rights and who are laid off from employment due to lack of work shall be entitled to leave without pay status until the end of the calendar month following the month during which layoff occurs, for purpose of continuing coverage under the Health and Welfare Benefit plans on which they have been enrolled, e.g., B.C.
