EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. During and in relation to the performance of this Agreement, XXXXXXXXXX agrees as follows:
A. (3) In the event of the CONTRACTOR’S non-compliance with the non- discrimination clauses of this Agreement or with any of the said rules, regulations, or orders said CONTRACTOR may be declared ineligible for further agreements with the COUNTY.

The Developer shall give due consideration to all local trades contractors and professionals in the bidder process for their project.
