Employment or Service. Nothing in this Agreement will interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate the employment or service of the Grantee at any time, nor confer upon the Grantee any right to continue in the employment or service with the Company or any Subsidiary at any particular position or rate of pay or for any particular period of time.

Furthermore, if the Employee was an at-will employee prior to executing this Agreement, the Employee shall be an at-will employee after executing this Agreement, and if the Employee was bound by a written employment agreement prior to executing this Agreement, the Employee will continue to be bound by such agreement after executing this Agreement; provided, however, that such written agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement and shall be deemed to be amended and superseded with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement.
