Employment Physical Examination. A new employee shall furnish evidence of physical fitness to perform assigned duties and freedom from communicable disease at the time of signing his/her individual contract. The Board will pay up to a maximum of thirty-five (35) dollars for such examination upon submission of a bill.

Employment Physical Examination. In the event a pre-employment physical examination is required, and cannot be scheduled until after a newly hired employee starts work, the employee will suffer no loss of pay if the examination is scheduled during his normal shift hours.
Employment Physical Examination. Before any individual is hired by the COMMITTEE, he or she shall satisfactorily pass a pre‐ employment physical examination, to be administered without charge to the individual by a physician designated by the COMMITTEE. This requirement is applicable to individuals covered by this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, such other physical examinations as may be required by the COMMITTEE in connection with the continued employment of any employee shall be administered without charge to the employee.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Polygraph Examination No employee shall be compelled to submit to a polygraph examination. No disciplinary action whatsoever shall be taken against an employee refusing to submit to a polygraph examination; nor shall any comment be anywhere recorded indicating that an employee offered to take, took or refused to take a polygraph examination unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties; nor shall any testimony or evidence of any kind regarding an employee's offer to take, refusal to take, or the results of a polygraph examination be admissible in any proceeding pursuant to this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

  • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.
