Employment Transition Services. Per the WIOA requirement to provide pre-employment transition services to students with ID/DD ages 16 through 21, the DOR will conduct outreach in partnership with the LEAs to provide students information on CIE or PSE and information about VR services including pre-employment transition services.

Employment Transition Services. General liabilities of any paid Work-Based Learning Experience, as used herein, refers to the JH BAYVIEW ADULT PRP paying Workers’ Compensation insurance and federal and State tax withholdings as required by applicable law. Conditions of the DORS funded paid WBLE and training must be in full compliance with all federal, State, and local laws. DORS funded Pre-Employment Transition Services are not to be construed as reducing the responsibility of local educational agencies or any other agencies under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to provide or pay for transition services that are also considered to be special education or related services under the IDEA necessary for the provision of a free appropriate public education to students with disabilities. DORS funded Pre-Employment Transition Services shall be new and expanded; and that supplement, not supplant transition services provided under IDEA. Staff funded by DORS shall not be funded by another entity during the time of DORS funded service provision. .
Employment Transition Services. Pre-employment transition services shall be available to any student with a disability ages 14-22 to assist students with disabilities make the transition from secondary school to postsecondary education and competitive integrated employment.
Employment Transition Services. The following services are available to students who are eligible or potentially eligible, in a group or individually. Students, age 14-21, may participate in these services while in high school (grades 9-14), for multiple years and in more than one service at a time. The focus is on exposure to careers and labor market sectors in the local community. Each of these services is authorized on a quarterly basis, up to four quarters per year, and for up to 20 hours each quarter. Should 20 hours not occur during the quarter, the amount is prorated at $35 per hour. Services will focus on broad exposure to the local labor market opportunities, in a variety of community settings, and allow the student to explore and experience possible careers of interest. The activities will be documented by the ES on monthly notes the school district will provide to VR by the 5th of every month.
Employment Transition Services. The Company shall provide Employee, at the Company’s expense, employment transition services through Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx or another provider selected by the Company for a period of six (6) months from the Effective Date. The scope and quantity of services during such 6 month period and any extension to such six (6) month period shall be at the Company’s sole discretion.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider.
