EMulate Patents. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 9.2, EMulate will have the sole right and authority to prepare, file, prosecute, and maintain the EMulate Patents on a worldwide basis. EMulate will bear all costs of preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of the EMulate Patents in the Territory.
