End User Warranty. Vendor shall provide a warranty statement with Product for end user benefit. This warranty shall commence upon Product delivery to end-user.
End User Warranty. K-TRONIK warrants to JADEMAR that it's Products will be free from defect in material and workmanship and will be of the designated kind and quality for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture by K-TRONIK. JADEMAR shall pass on to its customers K-TRONIK's standard limited warranty for the Products, including the limitations set forth in Articles 8.2 and 8.3. K-TRONIK's Standard Warranty is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
End User Warranty. For POSCO Modules assembled by POSCO Power and/or POSCO Affiliates from DFC Components supplied by FCE, POSCO Power shall be responsible to the end user for warranty, performance guarantees and service obligations related to the POSCO Modules. FCE shall have no obligations under the service agreements which POSCO Power may execute with end users for POSCO Modules, beyond the performance guarantees and warranties contained in the purchase contracts for such products executed between POSCO Power and FCE.
End User Warranty. Vendor shall provide a warranty statement with Product for end user benefit. To the extent Vendor does not provide a warranty or specifically disclaims a warranty, it should be so clearly stated.
End User Warranty. Licensee shall be obligated to provide to customers the original manufacturers’ warranties on defects in materials and workmanship, the scope and period of which shall be generally consistent with (and for the avoidance of doubt, not beyond, in excess of or in addition to) Reduct’s Warranty to Licensee in Section 13.3 17 above, including at minimum the following requirements: (a) Licensee shall pass on the original manufacturers’ warranties that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship; and (b) Licensee shall work with Reduct and the original manufacturer to correct any such defects without any charge. During the warranty period, the cost of the replacement component parts shall be borne by Reduct. 13.5
End User Warranty. For the Adobe Software being ordered by Reseller, Adobe only warrants the Adobe Software to End Users and pursuant to the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement. No warranty for the Adobe Software is extended to Reseller pursuant to the Agreement. If Reseller’s End User customers wish to make a warranty claim with respect to the Adobe Software, Reseller will provide commercially reasonable assistance in making such claim to Adobe. As between Adobe and Reseller, all warranties of any kind are expressly disclaimed.
End User Warranty. For Stoneware Products marketed by Reseller, Stoneware only warrants the Products to End Users and pursuant to the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement. No warranty to the Stoneware Products is extended to Reseller pursuant to this Agreement. If Reseller’s End User customers wish to make a warranty claim with respect to Stoneware Products, Reseller shall provide commercially reasonable assistance in making such claim to Stoneware. As between Stoneware and Reseller, all warranties of any kind are expressly disclaimed.
End User Warranty. For POSCO Modules (incorporating POSCO Cells) manufactured and assembled by POSCO Energy and/or POSCO Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement, POSCO Energy shall be responsible to the end user for warranty, performance guarantees and service obligations related to the POSCO Cells. FCE shall have no obligations under any agreements which POSCO Energy may execute with end users for POSCO Cells, beyond the performance guarantees and warranties contained in separate agreements to be further entered between the Parties.
End User Warranty. Company shall include with each Product Company's standard license agreement for such Product ("End User License"). Company warrants that each Product conforms to the End User License. Company shall provide 3Com with complete, packaged Products with documentation containing the Company End User License and all warranties, disclosures and representations concerning the Products and their use. Company agrees that such warranties, disclosures and representations of Company are extended to 3Com and 3Com's Authorized Resellers and End Users.
End User Warranty. At all times during the Term of this Agreement, Zanotti shall warrant the Products to purchasers of AETRU Systems in accordance with the terms of its standard warranty attached hereto as Exhibit “C” (“End User Warranty”), as such End User Warranty may be modified from time to time by Zanotti, provided however that at no time shall such End User Warranty provide for a warranty coverage period of less than thirty-six (36) months from the time of purchase by the initial end-user. A copy of the End User Warranty shall be included as part of the packaging included with all Product delivered to Aura and Aura shall distribute each Product with all warranty cards, a copy of the End User Warranty and all other packaging materials intact. Additionally, Zanotti shall offer to end-users the option to purchase extended warranty coverage for an additional twenty-four (24) months – making the total warranty period sixty (60) months.
