Common use of ENDURING CONSENT TO OBTAIN INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

ENDURING CONSENT TO OBTAIN INFORMATION. You agree as an Enduring Consent that, pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, We may obtain: (i) read-only access to Your bank statements from Our bank verification service, and (ii) information from Your employer, and (iii) a consumer credit report about You, and (iv) any other credit-related information including your credit score and monitoring alerts and information from either a credit reporting agency or other credit providers, for the purpose of: (v) assessing Your creditworthiness, and/or (vi) validating the employment information in Your Loan application, and/or (vii) collecting overdue payments relating to Your Loan. We may obtain this information on receiving Your application, on a regular basis during the term of the Loan, and at any time where You are in default.
