Energy Company Boycotts. If Vendor is required to make a verification pursuant to Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code, Vendor verifies that Vendor does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the Contract. If Vendor does not make that verification, Vendor must notify the GLO and state why the verification is not required.*
