ENFORCEMENT LIMITED TO FUND. The Manager and Sub-Investment Manager understand and agree that any debts, liabilities, obligations, and expenses incurred, contracted for or otherwise existing on behalf of the Fund under this Agreement shall be enforceable against the assets of the Fund only, and not against the assets of the Trust, generally, or the assets of any other separate series of the Trust.
