Common use of Enforcement of Owner’s rights Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Owner’s rights. do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Finance Parties may from time to time require to be done for the purpose of enforcing the relevant Owner’s rights under or pursuant to the relevant Contract and allow the name of the relevant Owner to be used as and when required by the Agent for that purpose;
