Enforcement of Rules. Landlord may waive any one or more of these Rules and Regulations for the benefit of Tenant or any other Tenant but no such waiver by Landlord shall be construed as a waiver of such Rules and Regulations in favor of Tenant, nor prevent Landlord from thereafter enforcing any such Rules and Regulations against any or all of the tenants of the Building.
Enforcement of Rules. Each tenant shall be liable to Landlord and to each other tenant of the Bovet Office Centre for any loss, cost, expense, damage, or liability, including attorneys' fees, caused or occasioned by the failure of such first named tenant to comply with these rules and regulations, but Landlord shall have no liability for such failure or for failing or being unable to enforce compliance therewith by any tenant and such failure by Landlord or non-compliance by any other tenant shall not be a ground for abatement of rent or termination of any lease.

ORGANIZATION shall be responsible for complying with the terms of this agreement; directives of duly authorized employees and contractors of NCCU; and the policies, regulations and rules of NCCU in the execution of the scheduled event, including but not limited to NCCU Rule 30.01.11
Enforcement of Rules. As per the “Eastern Market Act,” if a Vendor breaks any rule in this Eastern Market Vendor Agreement, he or she will first receive a written Market Violation Notice. If the Vendor receives three (3) Market Violation Notices in a calendar year, the Vendor’s participation in the Market shall be automatically cancelled, and no Vendor fees will be refunded. Without regard to the Market Violation Notice procedure above, the Market Manager reserves the right to take appropriate action, up to and including revocation of a Vendor permit, if Market Manager determines such action is warranted by Vendor’s behavior. Examples of behavior warranting revocation include, but are not limited to, inebriation, theft, or sexual harassment, threats or violence toward another Vendor, Eastern Market staff, or a member of the general public.
Enforcement of Rules. The Bellaire Farmers Market Manager or his/her designee has full and final authority to make market day decisions regarding interpretation of these rules, specific vendors, type and quality of goods that may be sold, and access to the farmers market by specific vendors. The Market Manager serves at the discretion of the ASI Farmers Market Committee and is expected to promote the rules, regulations and policies regarding the market. Decisions of the Market Manager may be appealed in written form to the Farmers Market Committee, which shall have full and final authority regarding the Bellaire Farmers Market. Vendors must agree to and sign the Rules, Regulations, and Agreement prior to participating in the market.
Enforcement of Rules. The 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run Manager is responsible for enforcing the Event Rules. Violations will be noted and discussed with the Vendor and resolution attempted. Vendors selling prohibited items will be asked to remove those items or leave the Market. You may not add additional products without prior 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run approval. Continued violations will result in Vendor expulsion from the Event and forfeiture of all fees paid. If a Vendor is removed due to non-adherence to the Rules, Ocean Ave. 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run retains the right to collect any or all monies due. Any Vendor having a concern with the legitimacy of another Vendor’s product or conduct or any other 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run matter must file their concern or complaint in writing with the Event Manager. Concerns and complaints must be signed with the name of the initiating party clearly written below the signature and dated. Unsigned complaints will not be acknowledged. The Event Manager will make every attempt to address all concerns and resolve all complaints and reach an equitable solution for all parties involved.
Enforcement of Rules. The Columbarium Committee and the Church Staff are hereby empowered to enforce all rules and regulations and to exclude from the Columbarium Room any person violating the same.

Any vendor challenging another vendor's product's legitimacy or conduct must file a written complaint with the Market Manager, giving the name of the vendor and the product or situation they feel may not be in compliance with Market policies. The complainant must date and sign their name to the complaint, and the Market Manager will attempt resolution. Verbal complaints will not be entertained by the Market Manager. The priority of UF/ IFAS Extension is to provide our patrons with a safe and congenial environment. With this in mind, discretion and courtesy are requested in all disputes between vendors. Insurance Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for the activities or products sold, including the production and/or manufacturing of such products; however, the Market, Brevard County Board of County Commissioners, nor University of Florida are in no way responsible for failure to obtain said insurance, the adequacy of such insurance, or any damages pertaining thereof.
