Engage in Different Business. Engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto;
Engage in Different Business. Engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Mezzanine Loan Documents to which Mezzanine Borrower is a party and ownership of the direct and indirect interests in each Senior Mezzanine Borrower and Mortgage Borrower and activities related thereto;

Engage, or permit Operating Lessee to engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto;

With respect to (i) Mezzanine Borrower, engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Mezzanine Loan Documents to which Mezzanine Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, and financing of the Ownership Interests and activities related thereto; (ii) with respect to any Senior Mezzanine Borrower, engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into its Senior Mezzanine Loan Agreement and the other Senior Mezzanine Loan Documents to which such Senior Mezzanine Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management and financing of its Senior Mezzanine Ownership Interests and activities related thereto; and (iii) with respect to Mortgage Borrower, engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into the Loan Agreement (Mortgage) and the other Loan Documents (Mortgage) to which Mortgage Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto.
Engage in Different Business. Engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents (Junior Tier Mezzanine) to which Mezzanine Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto;
Engage in Different Business. Engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which Borrower and/or Maryland Loan Guarantor is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto;
Engage in Different Business. Engage to any material extent in any business other than such Person’s business as conducted on the date hereof and businesses which are substantially similar, related or incidental thereto.
Engage in Different Business. Engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the Mortgage Loan Documents and the acquisition, ownership, use, management, leasing renovation, financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Property, Borrower’s Equity Interests in Mortgage Borrower, and Mortgage Borrower’s Equity Interests in Hotel Lessee and, to the extent permitted hereunder, the subdivision and sale thereof, and activities related thereto;
Engage in Different Business. With respect to (i) Mezzanine Borrower, engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Mezzanine Loan Documents to which Mezzanine Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, and financing of the Ownership Interests and activities related thereto; and (ii) with respect to Mortgage Borrower, engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into the Loan Agreement (Mortgage) and the other Loan Documents (Mortgage) to which Mortgage Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto.
Engage in Different Business. With respect to (i) the Borrower, engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of entering into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which Borrower is a party and the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property and activities related thereto, and (ii) with respect to (a) CNL Real Estate, Inc., engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of managing the project commonly known as La Quinta Resort Homes, adjacent to the La Quinta Property and providing third party brokerage services and (b) CNL Resort Biltmore Real Estate, Inc., engage, directly or indirectly, in any business other than that of management of the villa project adjacent to the Biltmore Property and providing third party brokerage services.
