Engagement across two days. For the purposes of this clause, where a shift falls partly on a public holiday, a shift that commences on the public holiday shall be regarded as the public holiday shift. Provided that a team member who is not required to work or who elects not to work on a public holiday shift shall be entitled to be absent without loss of pay.
