Engagement Letter Clause Samples

Engagement Letter. The Firm’s engagement letter(s), which contains the fee quote, shall be incorporated as a part of this contract.

Engagement Letter. The Shipowner will not enter into a placement letter or engagement letter for the fixed rate financing without the prior written consent of the Secretary.
