ENGIE Services U.S. Insurance. ENGIE Services U.S. will maintain, or cause to be maintained, for the duration of this Contract, the insurance coverage outlined in (a) through (f) below, and all such other insurance as required by Applicable Law. Evidence of coverage will be provided to District via an insurance certificate.
