Engineering Costs. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 237.162-.163, Lessor may charge the actual costs of the initial engineering and preparatory construction work associated with Lessee's collocation in the form of a onetime, nonrecurring, commercially reasonable, nondiscriminatory, and competitively neutral charge. Lessee shall pay such reasonable costs within sixty (60) days of receipt of an invoice that itemizes the costs.

Engineering Costs. Upon, completion of milestones per the schedule below, EZchip shall pay to Marvell the sums specified in the schedule below, up to a total of [*] in non-recurring engineering fees (the “NRE Fee”). Engineering Costs. The costs related to design engineering, construction engineering, construction management, construction inspection and all related materials testing shall be shared in the amount of fifty-five percent (55%) by the County and forty-five percent (45%) by the City. Engineering Costs. The City shall reimburse Developer for the cost of engineering services incurred by Developer in designing and constructing the Stormwater Management Improvements, up to a maximum reimbursement in the amount of $124,722, in accordance with the procedures in this Section. Except as specified in subsection (c) below, the City shall not be required to pay more than $124,722 for the cost of engineering services, and any costs in excess of that amount shall be Developer's responsibility. Request for reimbursement shall be made Developer to City as provided in subsection (d) below.
Engineering Costs. The County will cover 100% of the cost of the preliminary engineering required for the street reconstruction. The City will cover 100% of the cost of the preliminary engineering associated with expansion items of the street reconstruction such as a trail, additional sidewalk and streetscape enhancements. It is intended that the work outlined above in Article Three is to be done by a contractor on a unit price basis through a contract duly let by the County. When the County awards a contract, a new estimate of the City’s share of the construction cost based on the unit prices bid by the County's contractor. A copy of such revised cost estimate will be forwarded to the City.
