Engineering Drawings. 4.1 The Developer covenants and agrees that the Engineering Drawings for the construction and installation of the Local Improvements for the Development Area shall conform strictly to the Design Standards. 20 -DA-
4.2 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, it is understood and agreed to by the Parties that the Developer must construct the Local Improvements in accordance with the Engineering Drawings as approved by the Municipality.
4.3 It is understood and agreed that the Municipality's approval of the Engineering Drawings for the Local Improvements shall be in principle only and, in the case of unforeseen conditions which may adversely affect development, or in the case where a Local Improvement to be built in accordance with the Engineering Drawings would not be suitable for the purposes intended, the detailed design specifications for any of the Local Improvements shall be subject to review and revision, from time to time, by the Municipality in accordance with the Design Standards and in accordance with accepted engineering and construction practices.
Engineering Drawings. The contractor shall prepare and submit product drawings and associated lists as ICDs for both the system and test equipment at the spare part/assembly-level that assure 100% form, fit, and function interchangeability for the FWS-I. The FWS-I Engineering Drawings are a deliverable under CDRL-F002. The ICDs shall contain sufficient information to permit successful completion of the PCA/FCA. The ICDs shall include:
a) Configuration and interface dimensional data applicable to the envelope, mounting and interconnection of the related items;
b) Complete interface engineering requirements (mechanical, electrical, electronic, optical, human, etc.) which affect the physical or functional characteristics of the co-functioning items;
c) Any other characteristics, including material and finishes, which cannot be changed without affecting system interfaces or interfering down to the spareable level.
Engineering Drawings. Landlord shall cause the engineering working drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-alarm and fire sprinkler work in the Premises (the “Engineering Drawings”) to (a) be prepared by one or more of the Architect, the Contractor, subcontractors and/or engineers or other consultants selected and/or retained by the Architect, the Contractor or Landlord, and (b) conform to the Approved Space Plan, the Approved Additional Information, and any then-existing Approved Architectural Drawings (collectively, the “Engineering Requirements”). Engineering Drawings that conform to the Engineering Requirements shall be referred to herein as “Approved Engineering Drawings”. The Approved Architectural Drawings and the Approved Engineering Drawings are collectively referred to herein as the “Approved Construction Drawings.”
Engineering Drawings. The Owner covenants and agrees that the intent of this Agreement is that the Owner shall construct fully completed Works and Services, and grant all necessary statutory right(s)-of-way as shown in the Drawings and Specifications prepared by: Under Drawing Nos. and as approved in principle for the purposes of this Agreement by the CSRD Manager of Environment and Engineering Services on the day of , 20 . Engineering Drawings. The Owner will not commence the construction of the Works until the Owner has submitted the plans and specifications for the Works to the City and the City Engineer has approved the plans and specifications for the Works (the approved plans and specifications are herein referred to as the Engineering Drawings

4.4 The Developer acknowledges and agrees that the Municipality's approval of the Engineering Drawings is in no way intended to be a warranty, representation or guarantee by the Municipality or its engineer respecting the content of the Engineering Drawings, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing:
(a) whether the Engineering Drawings are suitable for the intended purpose;
(b) whether the Engineering Drawings comply with any required federal, provincial or municipal legislation or regulation;
(c) whether the Engineering Drawings comply with the Design Standards; and
(d) whether the Engineering Drawings are in accordance with standard acceptable engineering practices.
Engineering Drawings. Data The contractor shall maintain drawings for all hardware sustained on this contract in accordance with ASME Y14.100, Engineering Drawing Practices; ASME Y14.24M, Types and Applications of Engineering Drawings; ASME Y14.34M Associated Lists; and ASME Y14.35M, Revision of Engineering Drawings and Associated Documents; and DRD C-MI-05, Engineering Drawings and Associated Lists.

Engineering Drawings. General layout drawings will be submitted to the Buyer for approval and the Buyer will be asked to approve or comment on these drawings in regard to the scope of the work and overall dimensions. Approval by Xxxxx does not relieve Seller of obligation to perform to all the other specifications of this agreement. In the event of interference, the Buyer will be responsible for supplying Seller with information that will eliminate interferences of Seller's Equipment with other equipment, piping and wiring. Layout drawings will be used for the preparation of fabrication drawings after they are returned with the Buyer's approval or comments. All additional engineering and/or drafting costs required to revise layout drawings and manufacturing drawings as a result of changes requested by Xxxxx after initial approval will be invoiced to the Buyer at Seller's prevailing per hour rates. Increases in manufacturing costs that result from such changes will be presented to the Buyer for approval of Seller's increased price before work commences.
Engineering Drawings. HPEC's Technical Representative shall be provided with a copy of all engineering plans, specifications and drawings for the Processor. All engineering plans, specifications and drawings for the Processor are the property of HET.
