Engineering Drawings. The contractor shall prepare and submit product drawings and associated lists as ICDs for both the system and test equipment at the spare part/assembly-level that assure 100% form, fit, and function interchangeability for the FWS-I. The FWS-I Engineering Drawings are a deliverable under CDRL-F002. The ICDs shall contain sufficient information to permit successful completion of the PCA/FCA. The ICDs shall include:
a) Configuration and interface dimensional data applicable to the envelope, mounting and interconnection of the related items;
b) Complete interface engineering requirements (mechanical, electrical, electronic, optical, human, etc.) which affect the physical or functional characteristics of the co-functioning items;
c) Any other characteristics, including material and finishes, which cannot be changed without affecting system interfaces or interfering down to the spareable level.
Engineering Drawings. 4.1 The Developer covenants and agrees that the Engineering Drawings for the construction and installation of the Local Improvements for the Development Area shall conform strictly to the Design Standards. 20 -DA-
4.2 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, it is understood and agreed to by the Parties that the Developer must construct the Local Improvements in accordance with the Engineering Drawings as approved by the Municipality.
4.3 It is understood and agreed that the Municipality's approval of the Engineering Drawings for the Local Improvements shall be in principle only and, in the case of unforeseen conditions which may adversely affect development, or in the case where a Local Improvement to be built in accordance with the Engineering Drawings would not be suitable for the purposes intended, the detailed design specifications for any of the Local Improvements shall be subject to review and revision, from time to time, by the Municipality in accordance with the Design Standards and in accordance with accepted engineering and construction practices.
Engineering Drawings. Landlord shall cause the engineering working drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-alarm and fire sprinkler work in the Premises (the “Engineering Drawings”) to (a) be prepared by one or more of the Architect, the Contractor, and/or engineers or other consultants selected and/or retained by the Architect, the Contractor or Landlord, and (b) conform to the Approved Space Plan, the Approved Additional Programming Information, the first sentence of Section 4 below, and any then-existing Approved Architectural Drawings (collectively, the “Engineering Requirements”). Engineering Drawings that conform to the Engineering Requirements shall be referred to herein as “Approved Engineering Drawings”.

Engineering Drawings. Engineering Drawings. The radio shelter contractor shall prepare and submit for approval, engineering drawings of the shelter depicting its overall dimensions, electrical layout and floor plan, as part of the SDD. These drawings will be used, as required, for obtaining zoning and building permits. A Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will seal drawings.
Engineering Drawings. The Emergency Generator contractor shall prepare and submit for approval, engineering drawings sets for the emergency generator. These specific drawings shall be as follows; >> Interconnection Wiring Schematic Diagrams >> Alarm Wiring Schematic Drawings GENERATOR INSTALLATION All installation work performed shall be in accordance with laws, regulations and ordinances of all State, Local, and Federal agencies. The contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, tools, equipment, and transportation for the installation of all equipment provided per the RFP specification. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide a turnkey installation of the provided equipment. Optimization, trouble shooting, and adjustment of each subsystem shall be the contractors responsibility. GENERATOR WARRANTY A no deductible warranty that provides for on site service by a factory authorized service contractor shall be provided. This warranty shall provide coverage against all defects in materials and workmanship as defined in Rider F - Warranty and Maintenance. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The generator system contractor shall have turnkey responsibility for the delivery, installation and acceptance testing of the generators. In order to develop a complete and operational system, the points of demarcation between systems and all contractors is critical to the system implementation process. Therefore, the Generator Contractor's responsibilities are defined. The Contractor's Responsibilities listed apply to those commodities and subsystems included in each approved Site Design Document. Contractors shall follow good engineering practices in the preparation, administration, implementation, inspection and acceptance of each individual subsystem at the designated sites. The Site Development Contractor shall be the responsible party for site management and act as the general site manager for all construction and coordination between contractors, vendors and the Commonwealth until Final Site Acceptance by the Commonwealth. The Contractors shall comply with the following representative sequence and order of subsystem installations.
Engineering Drawings. The Contractor shall update engineering support phase drawings to fully define the DE system. (DI-SESS-81002B, Developmental Drawings and Associated Lists). These drawings shall be used as the engineering data for procuring, controlling, and using materials, parts, and assemblies, whether produced in-house or vendor-supplied. These drawings shall also be used for the manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing, and configuration management of the materials, parts, modules, subassemblies, and assemblies of the equipment covered by this contract.
Engineering Drawings. In cases where the supplier receives GENMARK engineering drawings and then imports them into the supplier’s engineering drawing format for internal use, confidentiality of both sets of drawings is to be maintained. Both sets of drawings are to remain the property of GENMARK.
